When will my order reach me?
When we ship an order you'll automatically get a confirmation email with the courier tracking link in it. Because we have a facility in the U.S. shipping can take as little as 2-3 working days. For other destinations around 7 working days.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, once opened our products can't be resold to anyone else. Hence we don't accept returns.
What's your refund policy?
We have a 30 day money back policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, write to us at globalsupport @ nirogam.in within 30 days of purchase and let us know. We will refund your money.
Are your products safe?
Our products are regularly tested for heavy metal contamination, tested for 30 different pesticide residues along with microbial and physical contamination. You can also download the test reports of our products.
Are your products organic?
Majority of Ayurvedic herbs are harvested from the wild. They are also found in limited quantities in nature. Hence, it is not possible to certify Ayurvedic products as Organic.
Will it interact with my other medications?
Just because Ayurvedic products contain natural herbs does not mean that they won't have any interactions. Hence, it is very important to pay attention to the ingredients list which can be found on the back of every product and also on the product images. Please check them against your current medications. Also kindly consult your physician.
Do you offer Doctor consultations?
While we might start online consultations soon, in the meanwhile, if you have queries regarding our products and how to incorporate them into your regimen then do write to us at globalsupport @ nirogam.in and we will get back to you with a reply from our consulting Ayurvedic physician.
What's different about you vs other Ayurveda companies?
Our main aim is to provide Ayurvedic products that can be used in within the realities of modern life. hence, we work to combine multiple Ayurvedic herbs into 1 single pill so that you don't have to worry about taking another 3 pills and 2 syrups on top of your existing medication.
In addition, we insist on following the processes laid down in the original Ayurvedic texts to make our products. If the original recipe calls for boiling a decoction 10 times then that's what we do. So that the products can truly benefit you.
