Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Nirogam, we want customers to have a clear and fair shopping experience on www.nirogamonline.com. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations may be accepted.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
To request cancellation, please contact us with:
- Order number
- Registered email address or phone number
- Product name
- Reason for cancellation
If the order is prepaid and the cancellation is approved, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
2. Orders Cancelled by Nirogam
Nirogam may cancel an order in cases such as:
- Product is out of stock
- Payment is not confirmed
- Incorrect pricing or technical error
- Shipping is not available to the destination
- Suspected fraudulent, bulk, or reseller activity
- Product is restricted by destination country rules
If Nirogam cancels a prepaid order, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Damaged, Leaked, Broken, or Wrong Product
If a customer receives a damaged, leaked, broken, or incorrect product, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
- Short description of the issue
After review, Nirogam may offer a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.
4. Refunds Not Applicable
Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Products without original packaging or invoice/order details
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Refund request raised after the allowed time period
- Products purchased from third-party marketplaces, resellers, distributors, offline sellers, or any other website
- Products bought under special offers, clearance sales, bundles, or final sale promotions, unless damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect
- Essential oils and liquid items, unless damaged, leaked, or incorrect
- Customer entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Customer refused delivery without a valid reason
- Package delayed, held, rejected, or not cleared due to customs, destination country restrictions, or local import checks
- Product did not give a guaranteed health result, as results may vary from person to person
- Request appears fraudulent, repetitive, or abusive
5. Shipping, Customs and Other Charges
Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, payment gateway charges, processing fees, return shipping charges, or any other additional charges may not be refundable unless specifically approved by Nirogam.
For international orders, customs clearance, import permissions, duties, taxes, and related requirements are the responsibility of the customer/consignee.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method wherever possible.
The final credit may take additional time depending on the customer’s bank, card provider, payment gateway, or payment method.
