Orders & Shipping
When we ship your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the courier tracking link. Since we have a facility in the U.S., delivery can take as little as 2–3 working days for U.S. orders. For other destinations, delivery usually takes around 7 working days.
Yes, we ship to India, the UK, Canada, the U.S., and many other countries. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and courier availability. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, once opened our products can't be resold to anyone else. Hence we don't accept returns.
Cancellation
Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, cancellation will not be possible.
We offer a 30-day money-back policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, write to us at globalsupport@nirogam.in within 30 days of purchase and share your order details. Our team will review your request and help you with the refund process.
Product Safety & Lab Testing
Our products are regularly tested for heavy metal contamination, tested for 30 different pesticide residues along with microbial and physical contamination. You can also download the test reports of our products.
The lab test reports help verify that the product batch has been checked for key safety parameters such as heavy metals, pesticide residues, microbial contamination, and physical contamination. These tests support product safety and quality transparency.
Majority of Ayurvedic herbs are harvested from the wild. They are also found in limited quantities in nature. Hence, it is not possible to certify Ayurvedic products as Organic.
Medication, Health Conditions & Usage
If you are already taking blood pressure medication, please consult your doctor before adding any Ayurvedic product to your routine. Ayurvedic herbs may interact with medicines or influence how your body responds. Do not stop or change your prescribed BP medication without medical supervision.
Just because Ayurvedic products contain natural herbs does not mean that they won't have any interactions. Hence, it is very important to pay attention to the ingredients list which can be found on the back of every product and also on the product images. Please check them against your current medications. Also kindly consult your physician.
Our main aim is to provide Ayurvedic products that can be used in within the realities of modern life. hence, we work to combine multiple Ayurvedic herbs into 1 single pill so that you don't have to worry about taking another 3 pills and 2 syrups on top of your existing medication.
In addition, we insist on following the processes laid down in the original Ayurvedic texts to make our products. If the original recipe calls for boiling a decoction 10 times then that's what we do. So that the products can truly benefit you.
