Nirogam India Wholesale Policy
Thank you for your interest in our products. We are India's oldest online retailer for Ayurvedic products.

The following outlines our wholesale policy and terms. Please read this carefully and if there is any question or concern, feel free to email us at sales@nirogam.comWe are in business because of happy customers and look forward to having you as one of them.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Wholesale pricing is confidential in nature. By requesting access to our wholesale pricing, you understand and agree to keep this information confidential.

Minimums
The minimum order value for wholesale orders is Rs. 20,000 in India and USD 1000 internationally. Prices and products are based on availability. You will always be notified of any price increase prior to any order being processed.

Selections and Availability
We constantly add new products on our website and you may refer to it. Most of them are available for wholesale globally.

Shipping
Most orders ship within 15 business days. In case we need to replenish our stocks to fulifil your order , it could take longer and you will be notified. You will be notified of a planned ship date within 5 business days of placing your order.

Shipping charges are estimated and unless otherwise requested will be based on best method/best price. Actual shipping charges will be applied to the invoice accordingly and will be informed to you prior to shipping.

All the destination taxes or duty or any other clearance charges needs to be paid by consignee.

Requests for pickup or special delivery are at our discretion.

Payment
Payment is required at the time of shipment. For your convenience, we can accept payments via card, paypal or bank transfer. No COD orders are accepted.

Discounts
We give discounts on retail price to our wholesale buyers which ranges from 5-30% depending on the order size and category of product.

Credit Facility
 
A partial credit facility may be considered based on order size, on case to case basis.This will be offered after 3 successful payment upfront orders. For this a detailed KYC will be done, and credit worthiness of the buyer will be assessed.
 
Cancellation
For order cancellations please contact us via phone or website or write us on sales@nirogam.com within 24 hrs of placing your order or before the dispatch of the product from our end, whichever is earlier. Dispatch details will be shared with you as soon as the order is handed over to our delivery partner.
No cancellation request will undertaken after the dispatch of products.

Refund
A refund request is only considered, provided that the request for order cancellation and refund is received within 24 hrs of placing your order or before the dispatch of the products from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.
No refund request will be undertaken after the dispatch of products.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.

Replacement:
All of our products are carefully inspected, securely packed and sealed before being shipped. Damage in transit can happen and must be reported to us immediately and to the carrier at the time of delivery. Adequate proof for damage products like Remarks on POD, product images & unboxing video may be required to initiate replacement.

You can contact us at sales@nirogam.com with your requirements and then our team will get in touch with you to coordinate the next steps. It is our responsibility till the products reach you. All our bulk orders are prepaid.
