Dosage and method of administration:

Prasaranyadi kashayam tablets - 2 tablets, 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner with warm water.

Shankhapushpi Powder - 3gms + Ashwagandha Powder - 3gms, mixed with warm milk/water in the night before bedtime.
